Our Stance:

We do not believe technology will save us. We do not believe resilience modules will save us. We believe that informed nurses—who understand where the industry is going and demand a seat at the design table—will save us.

We are moving the conversation beyond temporary fixes (“resilience”) to address the root causes of clinical dysfunction. Our mission is to equip nurses with the systemic knowledge necessary to demand a career that is:
